Seeking a Fully Licensed Mental Health Therapist - Join TheraCare Health Care Inc. in Arlington, TXAre you an experienced mental health therapist looking for an exciting opportunity? Our dynamic community mental health center is dedicated to providing accessible mental health care to diverse populations. Our team of licensed therapists is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of individuals facing various mental health challenges.
We are offering a sign-on bonus to licensed therapists who join our team.
We have full-time/part-time positions available, with regular business hours and occasional evening shifts to ensure comprehensive coverage.

As a valued team member, you will primarily work in our comfortable office, collaborating with a diverse and multidisciplinary group of professionals. You will have the opportunity to serve clients from various backgrounds, enhancing your clinical experience and cultural competence.
Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
Deliver evidence-based therapy services to individuals, groups, and families, employing a range of therapeutic approaches to address diverse mental health concerns.
Collaborate with case managers, psychiatrists, and other professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic care for our clients.
Provide crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute distress or emergency situations, utilizing your expertise and compassion.
Engage in community outreach and educational initiatives to promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma.
Qualifications:
Independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
Completed a master's degree or a doctor’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, establishing rapport and building therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Exhibit cultural competence and sensitivity to effectively work with individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic groups.
Display strong organizational and time-management skills, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
Compensation:$70,000 to $100,000 per year, based on your experience and credentials.
